no plan actually. just eat less.
no rice everyday until de day i go to hk..
except for dinner.. dinner no choice. have to grab a little.
lunch try to eat less. less noodles.
maybe abit of mee fen or tang hoon.
fruit for lunch or some soup also can.
dun take coke. take more green tea or plain water.. =p
no kfc, mac, burger king, aston, long john, mos and all fast food as well.
dun worry. i wont make myself faint.
i can do anything just to make myself skinny.
cause everyday, every hour, got one ppl keep say me FATZ.

just bought this skipping rope few days ago.
but not in use yet.
cause my room doesnt have de space for me to use de rope.
few days back, i do excerise in 30 min. but is doesnt work.
de next day do 100 sit ups also no use.
this coming weekend. im prepared, to have a mo gui training.
training teacher is mr shin tan.
hope after de mo gui training, i slim down by abit bah.
see ownself so fat, keep give ppl say i fat, i also not happy.
so wanna slim down right now. =(
